Yoga creates a wonderful sense of calm and is Danielle's foundation for living a balanced life. After finding the mat, feelings of inadequacy turned to confidence and competitiveness shifted to compassion. She became a teacher in an effort to share the practice that she loves.
In 2012 she received her 200 hour RYT certification under Robin Buck and Christy Wetzel. She wants her classes to empower, but maintain a sense of playfulness. She believes the more space we create in our bodies the more openness we will have in our hearts and in our minds.
