Jan’s class is an eclectic mix drawn from different yogic traditions which makes it a fun and interesting blend of  moving and  stretching.  The class welcomes students of all-levels and ages.

Pilates

This class uses Pilates mat work with yoga breathing techniques and postures to target muscles in the legs, torso, and abdominals to build strength, flexibility and endurance.

Restorative Yoga

This class is offered to compliment a regular yoga practice. The teacher uses props, such as bolsters, blankets, blocks, weighted sandbags, and yoga straps to support the student completely.
