In 1997, my sister took me to my first meditation class & I felt like I had found something that I didn’t know I’d been searching for.

I took my first yoga class not long after, & again knew I had found something special. I wound up moving around the world with my military husband, and yoga became something I practiced to manage my stress & help keep me grounded. My desire to expand my understanding of yoga led me to the teacher training at Jane’s House of Wellbeing in 2016.  My teaching style is also influenced by my 7 years of experience in the chiropractic & physical rehabilitation field. I am excited to have the privilege to teach, and it is my goal to hold a safe & nurturing space for anyone to come and explore yoga.
