This class will introduce participants to a variety of mindfulness based practices and will alternate between movement practices and stillness (meditation).  A great way to begin and/or enhance your meditation practice. 



Gentle yoga, walking meditation, the body scan, and various seated meditation practices will be introduced and explored as a way to reconnect oneself to the most amazing living organism of themselves as they uncover and self-remember their true nature and begin to see and experience things as they are in the present moment
