Special Needs Yoga

Special Needs Yoga formally known as Wheelchair Yoga description is designed for students that require extra assistance because of a physical, mental and or a psychological disability which may or may not require a wheelchair.

The Practice

This class is taught by teachers who have been on the field for over ten years and becomes what is known as a “Master’s Class” in the sense that it will move you into more subtle areas of Pranayama, Chanting and Meditation.
