| is owner of Jane's House and a Registered Yoga Teacher with The National Yoga Alliance. Robin has been training under Matthew Krepps, Director of Barefoot Studio since 2002 where she received her 500 hour certification. Robin continues to study Dynamic Yoga with Barefoot Studio and is the Director of Jane's House Teacher Training Program. Robin has studied with, and has been influenced by many teachers, but places a dedication to the integrity of the Dynamic Yoga Method. The yoga that Robin teaches incorporates attention to alignment, vinyasa and breath awareness. She focus' the student's attention on the balance of effort and surrender. With the deep passion she has for teaching yoga, her goal is to share with each student the benefits that come from this ancient practice. Keeping yoga to its purest form, her desire is to allow the student to have their own unique experience. |  |

| Has been studying and practicing hatha yoga for over 20 years. On November of 1980, she got her certification at the Integral Yoga Institute in New York City, where she was introduced to Swami Satchidananda. Working with such an inspirational master and undergoing many workshops, became convinced that his teachings were what she wanted in her daily life. Witnessing many walks of life she has taught many diverse groups in health clubs, hospitals, and private lesson settings. Today, she's a living testimony of arthritis battles in her hands and feet and will agree yoga has helped her regain flexibility. Enjoy her warm and compassionate side and sincere love for humanity, as she enjoys bringing you a gift from the Divine to your heart. | is an RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) with Yoga Alliance. She received her 200-hour level certification through Barefoot Studio and Jane’s House studying under Matthew Krepps and Robin Buck. Christy also currently serves as assistant director of the yoga teacher training program at Jane’s House. Her teaching is influenced by the Dynamic Yoga Method, and her classes include attention to linking movement with breath, and creating stable postures. She guides and encourages each student to find his/her own unique way in yoga practice. Through the Introduction to Yoga classes at Jane’s House, she designed a place specifically for students new to yoga to feel welcome. |  |

| brings with her 20 years of wellness and movement experience into her yoga practice and teaching. She is a member of the faculty of Webster University in St. Louis, Missouri, teaching yoga to the Theatre Arts students. Debra began her journey towards teaching spiritual practices in 1996, studying asthanga yoga and has been following the path led by Matthew Krepps and Robin Buck since 2005. Debra believes that we approach the divine through these ancient practices, integrating our modern wisdom with balance and harmony, so her classes weave a strong sense of spirit into vinyasa flow emphasizing alignment of body, mind and soul. Debra's unique style of teaching has grown out of her training with Rod Stryker, Shiva Rea, Saul David Raye and Thomas Fortel. She is committed to guiding her students toward finding inner peace. | Completed the 200 hour teacher training at Jane's House in June, 2007, and has been approved as a Registered Yoga Teacher by Yoga Alliance. She was drawn to Jane's House in 2002 by a desire to learn more about yoga. There, she fell in love with the instruction, the atmosphere, the students and the teachers she met. When Jane's House began a teacher training program in 2005, she was naturally drawn to that program as an opportunity to expand and deepen her understanding of yoga. The more Valerie learns about yoga and the more it becomes a part of her life, the more she understands it as a wonderful path the mental and physical health. It is her desire to be able to play a role in helping students find their own paths through yoga. |  |

| Janice was first introduced to the practice of yoga over 30 years ago.In that time she has practiced many styles of yoga with numerous teachers. Over the years her interest and study of the practice of yoga has grown. She discovered Jane's House of Well-Being in 2005 and was immediately attracted to the Dynamic Hatha Yoga method of practice. Through the miracle of timing and the sincere desire for commitment in practice, she embarked on the teacher training program. Lovingly taught and guided by Robin Buck and Christy Wetzel, along with many workshops with Matthew Krepps as well as hours of daily, practice, observation and assistant teaching, she completed the 200 hour RYT training program. She received her certification from Yoga Alliance in 2007. She continues to learn and practice on a daily basis. As Matt says "Once on the path, the choice is made." She is dedicated to the art of yoga practice and teaches with a desire to honor the unique and individual approach each student has to their own practice and to make each class an opportunity for the student to learn and enjoy something new in mind, body, and spirit. |  |

| Started down her yoga path by attending sessions with her son and became strongly motivated to learn more about the practice. Following a career in elementary and middle school education and a move to St Charles County, Jane’s House of Yoga was discovered and with the kindness and nurturing from Jane’s House, Barb is now focused in the practice of Yoga. Having completed the 200 hour intensives in the Dynamic Method of Yoga, Barb incorporates a soft and gentle approach to her program with emphasis on breathing and meditation to create peace within one’s self. Barb’s desire is to provide others the opportunity to feel healthier in a physical and mental way by sharing the experience through her knowledge and teaching. Yoga centers me, helps with all of life’s ups and downs. What a feeling! |  |

| Inspired by a deep desire to share the joy and healing potential of yoga with others, Emily was led to Janes House of Well Being to study and practice with Robin Buck, where she completed the teacher training program in December 2008. Her personal dedication to the practice has provided her with a continual source of renewal and passion for life, as she is a mother of young children and active in the life of her family. She is deeply grateful to her students, as they truly are her teachers on this path! |  |

| After a number of years of practicing yoga, Mike wanted to develop a deeper understanding of Yoga and undertook the teacher training through Jane’s House of Well being. He completed his certification in early 2009 after completing a year of training, assistant teaching and substitute teaching. He is currently working full time, pursuing an Executive MBA in international business, so he understands the real life benefits of a good yoga practice and strives to pass on those benefits in each class. Mike has 3 teenaged kids and a wife who often attend his classes.
His previous experience in martial arts provides a solid basis for understanding mindfulness, form and function important to yoga. In his classes, he looks to incorporate strength and flexibility through stable grounding in the basics. In keeping with the Dynamic Yoga Method, Mike looks to tailor each class to the level of individual present and honors the uniqueness that each individual brings to practice to help them grow on their yoga path.

Amy discovered yoga in 2000 and immediately felt connected to the practice. She completed her 200 hour teacher training through Barefoot Studios/Jane's House of Well-Being in 2007 and continued with a prenatal certification in 2009. Amy's background in social work and public health emphasize her commitment to the mind-body connection and she enjoys creating classes that build strength and flexibility while also connecting with the breath and inner aspect of body awareness and alignment. Amy has the deepest respect and honor for her teachers and students and welcomes the ability to share yoga and it's transformative power with others. Amy has taught in yoga studios, community settings and corporate fitness centers. Off the yoga mat, Amy spends the rest of her time with her husband and 4 young children.

It wasn't long after attending his first yoga class that Joe knew he would someday begin teacher training. The chronic shoulder pain that he suffered from (an old football injury) had completely disappeared and several other more subtle transforming changes to both body and mind had started to take place. He knew he wanted to share with others the many benefits that can be found through the ancient art of yoga. Joe deeply honors the Divine Light of every individual. He is committed to helping his students realize their highest potential- that which comes from within. Joe's style of Hatha Yoga has been influenced by each of the incredible teachers that he has been blessed to practice and train with. Joe has been trained in The Dynamic Yoga Method, 200 hour RYT at Jane's House Studio, with Robin Buck, Christy Wetzel and Matthew Krepps.
