Yin Yoga Teacher TrainingYin is a slow paced yoga style that offers longer hold time and deeper stretches. Yin targets both the deep connective tissues between the muscles, and the fascia throughout the body. The practice of Yin will increase flexibility and it’s calming nature will offer relaxation. Teachers, in this training you will have an opportunity to visually see demonstration of yin postures, learn more about how yin differs from regular asana practice and as always, learn through experience.  YACEP approved.This Course offers 5 CEUs Kateland Reese, RYT 500 and Matt Dickson, RYT 200This course is now available virtual, it offers you the recorded session that you can download and have available to view and revisit as needed. It also includes a PDF. $50

A Supportive Daily Routine:

Learn the basics of Āyurveda and how this science views the cycles of nature and bases daily activities around them. This will include rituals that are grounding, enriching, inspiring, and are useful for establishing balance and promoting health. Learn how to design daily rituals that support creativity, growth, and vitality.

Building Immunity:

Learn about the three subtle energies involved in maintaining well-being, with a strong focus on Ojas. Ojas is the energy that represents immunity, health reserves, and vitality. Learn how to build a healthy reserve of immunity (that is available when you need it) through dietary recommendations and specific practices.
