Our garden is being cultivated from our hearts as a community in the open space in front of the studio. The Garden Yoga is now on Fridays at 8 - 9am with Danielle, if the weather is non compliant, it is indoor hot yoga in studio B. The studio offers on-going bake sale items that nourish the heart and soul of our students and nourishes the existence of our community garden, please support by baking or purchasing! Jane’s House is a home for so many students and we would love to have you join us too! It is so simple to start your practice here with us. If you are brand new to yoga, find a class on the schedule that says Basics and arrive about 15 minutes prior to class time on the day you would like to begin! If you have yoga experience you can find a class on the schedule that fits your level or desire and join us. There is no need to move away from this site and register for classes online, but if you would like to purchase your classes out of convenience on line, visit our STORE

What makes our studio stand out from others is that you don’t have to be a particular age and size to attend, where ever you are in your body right now is the time to come for practice. Take advantage of watching the video clips on the top left corner of the home page to find out more of what we offer. ~ Our Yoga teachers have been through the most extensive training program and all teach using the Dynamic Yoga Method. It is transformational as it gives the students back to themselves rather than trying to tell you what you should be feeling or what you should be doing, it invites a self-inquiry process that brings you back to the intelligence of your own body, heart and mind.
