“Yoga is about clearing away whatever is in us that prevent our living in the most full and whole way. With yoga, we become aware of how and where we are restricted -- in body, mind, and heart -- and how gradually to open and release these blockages. As these blockages are cleared, our energy is freed. We start to feel more harmonious, more at one with ourselves. Our lives begin to flow -- or we begin to flow more in our lives.” -Cybele Tomlinson

What makes our studio stand out from others is that you don’t have to be a particular age and size to attend, where ever you are in your body right now is the time to come for practice. Take advantage of watching the video clips on the top left corner of the home page to find out more of what we offer. ~ Our Yoga teachers have been through the most extensive training program and all teach using the Dynamic Yoga Method. It is transformational as it gives the students back to themselves rather than trying to tell you what you should be feeling or what you should be doing, it invites a self-inquiry process that brings you back to the intelligence of your own body, heart and mind.
Jane’s House of Well-Being has been offering healing and wellness to the St. Charles Community since January 2002. The majority of the teachers have been trained in the Dynamic Yoga Method, under the tutelage of Robin Buck and Christy Wetzel as well as Matthew and Holly Krepps – Circleyogashala.com
