There isn’t a better time than now to find peace and healing through the practice of Yoga. Anyone can practice at Jane’s House as it doesn’t matter if you have had experience, what your age, size or race is, everyone is welcomed. If you can breathe, you can practice here!

$20 for two week unlimited Yoga for New Students, will give you access to all of our on-going classes!

As of November 1, 2016 the Community Yoga Supporting Addiction on Sundays at 4pm will be taking a break. You can still find love offering yoga on Sundays at 9:30a with rotating teachers.

Accessible Yoga

In 2015 Jane's House of Well-Being expanded its studio space to include part of the first floor, main level of the building. What was already an  amazing space, has now included accessibility for students who in the past were limited by walking up stairs. With this new space being offered anyone can come and enjoy what Jane's House has to offer.
