REIKI MASSAGE $90 This 75-minute full body massage includes Reiki treatment and chakra balancing. Crystals and smudging may be included.
MANUAL LYMPHATIC DRAINING $90 Also known as detox massage that is a light gentle touch that supports the bodies lymphatic system to flow. The lymphatic system is your bodies immunity. It's important to keep metabolic waste out of the lymph nodes. There are many benefits of this massage such as relaxation, relief from autoimmune disease, decrease in swelling, lowers blood pressure and has benefits for those pre and post op. This service is combined with the Aromatouch Technique for a 75 minute ultimate healing experience.
ANTI INFLAMATORY MASSAGE $90 This 75-minute full body massage includes the use of cold marble stones that are worked onto specific muscles to increase the body’s metabolism, help with muscle tone, and assists with decreasing pain, inflammation and swelling. This massage is great for athletes or those living with a chronic condition like autoimmune disease.
PRENATAL MASSAGE $80 A 60-minute therapeutic massage focused on relaxation as well as relief from the ailments that pregnancy can bring on. Special adjustable cushions are used to support your changing body. Contact Nadine directly for setting up your session.

KATI BASTI $100 Is a treatment in which oils are poured and pooled for a fixed duration of time in a compartment or a cabin constructed over the low back area using a ring of dough made from the wet flour of chickpeas that covers the Lumbo-sacral and Sacro-iliac joints. It is followed by a full body massage for 75 minutes.
JANU BASTI $100 Is one of the best Ayurvedic remedies for knee pain. It is useful for reducing stiffness in the knees also. The treatment helps in fighting acute and chronic pain. It is also effective for reducing problems due to osteoarthritis in the knee. AYURVEDA MASSAGE SERVICES
REIKI $80 is a traditional Japanese healing technique wherein the practitioner manipulates the flow of energy in a person’s body to improve their physical, mental, and emotional health. Reiki is a safe, non-invasive form of hands-on healing. 60 minutes.
AROMATOUCH TECHNIQUE $30 is a clinical approach to applying essential oils along energy meridians and visceral contact points of the back and feet to help balance sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems of the body.
AROMATOUCH REIKI $80 is the combination of the two services into one healing session.
