200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training
Education That Transforms
Our 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Program, which has been offered every fall for the past 20 years, marries ancient wisdom with modern methodology. It covers technical posture, breath, and meditation practices while honoring yoga's traditional roots.
We call it Transformational Education because it is a journey of personal inquiry into the science of awareness by deepening the relationship with inner wisdom. The strengthening of this relationship facilitates genuine shifts from the inside out. As yoga becomes mainstream as a self-help technique, our graduates stand apart. They leave with technical skills for sequencing as well as genuine courage, relational awareness, curiosity, wisdom, and compassion: qualities that help students discover their own inner resources.
Whether you are exploring personal growth or learning to guide others, consider joining our October cohort. Applications are now open.
