Session 2: Sunday, November 23, 3-5:30pm
In this two-part workshop, you will learn to embody the foundations of true self-esteem, which isn't simply thinking positive thoughts, saying affirmations, or being nice. None of these alone will lead you to the depth needed for a truly loving relationship with yourself and your life's purpose. Most of us weren't raised to develop healthy self-esteem, and unfortunately, low self-esteem is an epidemic. But once we recognize we want a healthy relationship with ourselves, we can change that. If this resonates, this workshop might be your entry point or a deepening path toward radical self-acceptance.
The Journey to Self-Esteem will teach you the foundations of cultivating and strengthening authentic self-esteem in a grounded and fulfilling way. You'll leave with an understanding of self-esteem's basis, practical and applicable tools, and a roadmap for your lifelong journey. The workshop also includes time for a Reiki energy healing immersion based on unconditional love.
