Transformational Education
200-hr Registered Teacher Training Program
7 Month Program begins October 3, 2025
The primary reason students attend our training program is to deepen their own understanding of themselves through Transformation.
The richness of learning through the Jane’s House Studio 200hr program, comes from the joy and lightness that balances the depth and intensity of the Ancient Yoga Tradition.
It is our desire to share the teachings and cultivate an environment where each student can awaken to a belief in themselves and inspire curiosity and a willingness to discover knowledge from within.
Jane’s House 200 hour Teacher Training is the foundational training for aspiring Yoga Teachers as well as a deeply enriched experience for serious students who have a desire for a greater understanding of the 8-limbed path of Yoga. The program is designed to give teachers the necessary knowledge, experience, and technical tools to teach a yoga practice that meets the demands of today's practitioners.

SANCTUARY: The Vibration of Autumn with Mark Biehl
Sacred Sound Journey
Saturday, September 20, 6-7.30pm
Mark Biehl presents a unique sound blessing ceremony to welcome the season of Fall, and inspire us to gracefully move through our own seasonal process by letting go of what no longer serves us and embracing change. Allow the deep vibrational energies of over twenty beautifully tuned Himalayan singing bowls, indigenous flute, melodic instruments, drumming and vocal mantra to guide us through clearing and release, as we plant seeds to begin a new path of personal growth and transformation.
Autumn begins the onset of shorter days, the harvesting of crops, and a time to prepare for the winter ahead. The element of metal that represents autumn, is found abundantly in singing bowls from the Himalayas, and is a symbol of refinement and inner strength. The season of Fall encourages us to make use of everything that is necessary and pure, and to eliminate those things or qualities that are wasteful and no longer necessary.
"Autumn shows us how beautiful it is to let things go."
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and eye covering (optional). Dress comfortably and bring some water to drink. It's preferable not to eat for an hour prior.
