Transformational Education

200-hr Registered Teacher Training Program

7 Month Program begins October 3, 2025

The primary reason students attend our training program is to deepen their own understanding of themselves through Transformation.

The richness of learning through the Jane’s House Studio 200hr program, comes from the joy and lightness that balances the depth and intensity of the Ancient Yoga Tradition.

It is our desire to share the teachings and cultivate an environment where each student can awaken to a belief in themselves and inspire curiosity and a willingness to discover knowledge from within.

Jane’s House 200 hour Teacher Training is the foundational training for aspiring Yoga Teachers as well as a deeply enriched experience for serious students who have a desire for a greater understanding of the 8-limbed path of Yoga. The program is designed to give teachers the necessary knowledge, experience, and technical tools to teach a yoga practice that meets the demands of today's practitioners.

Ending the War with Those We Love with Bryan Wagner

A Workshop on The Work of Byron Katie

Saturday and Sunday, August 16-17, 9am-12.30pm

Sometimes the deepest pain comes not from strangers, but from the people closest to us: partners, parents, children, friends. We love them, and yet we feel hurt, disappointed, unseen, or controlled. Conversations turn into battlegrounds. Silences become cold wars. The heart longs for peace, but the mind clings to blame, defense, and the need to be right.

This workshop invites you into a radical shift: What if the war isn’t out there? What if it lives in the unquestioned thoughts in your own mind?

Using The Work of Byron Katie, a powerful process of self-inquiry, you’ll learn how to identify the thoughts that fuel conflict and emotional pain, question the stories that keep love blocked and tension alive, experience a way of being that is open, present, and peaceful, even when others don’t change, and reconnect with clarity, compassion, and the truth of your own heart.

Through live demonstrations, guided practice, and facilitation, explore how to end the inner war so that real peace can begin.
