Reconnect to the Present Moment

As the activity of the summer season approaches, it can be hard to stay in the present moment and maintain inner awareness. Attention tends to travel to the past or the future, and to the external world. This month, join Timothy to give yourself the space to look within and reconnect to yourself in the here and now through sound, movement, and meaningful affirmations.

Join Linda for the return of Connect with Compassion this summer, a weekly practice group for the principles of Conscious Communication, based on the principles developed by Marshall Rosenberg.

This practice group is intended for anyone, regardless of prior experience. If you are new to this practice, enjoy learning life-giving communication skills. If you are a seasoned practitioner, enjoy sharing your experience with others and deepening your practice.

This summer, the text for study will be What We Say Matters by Judith and Ike Lassater. Together, we will go through this book, one chapter each week. Although there is much to be gained through studying each chapter in sequence, feel free to drop in at any time.

Introduction to Hatha Yoga with Christy

Are you new to yoga? Returning to yoga after time away? Ready to revisit or fine-tune the basics in your yoga practice? Then this series is for you!

Join Christy to focus on the foundation of yoga practice including awareness, breath and alignment. The series aims to teach you basic tools for a good foundation that will carry you into the next stage of your yoga practice.

Each class will set aside time for in-depth instruction and questions and answers in addition to practicing yoga postures. We will cover how to access and activate muscles to support you in yoga postures so that they feel stable. We will also cover how to practice postures in a way that will challenge you while allowing for ease.

Yamas and Niyamas Satsang and Study Group with Bird

Join us for a transformative and in-depth journey into the heart of yoga's ethical practice. For this intimate satsang-style study group to explore Deborah Adele's illuminating book, The Yamas and Niyamas, Bird will be your guide on a deep dive into yoga's ten guideposts for conscious living.

Gather to discuss, reflect, and share personal experiences and understanding as you integrate these timeless principles into your daily life. Each month will be dedicated to one ethical teaching, from non-violence (ahimsa) to surrender (ishvara pranidhana). With the support of a shared group, examine how these practices create a solid grounding in wisdom, in service to elevating consciousness and relationships.

This supportive class will offer space for learning, connection, and practical application of yoga's philosophical foundation. Whether you're new to yoga philosophy or a seasoned practitioner, this journey promises rich insights for navigating life with greater awareness, compassion, and purpose.

Pilates and Yoga Fusion

PiYo combines the practices of Yoga and Pilates to offer the mindfulness and balance of yoga with the core strengthening and muscle group burn of Pilates. This dynamic fusion class will highlight the similarities and differences between the two practices - and expand your own - by challenging the strength of the whole body and utilizing the breath in new ways. 

Gentle PiYo is ideal for all students. This practice will help increase core and body strength, improve mobility, flexibility, and enhance posture. Most of this practice will be taught on the floor, laying down or seated. This class is designed to be safe for all bodies, including those with spinal issues like osteoporosis and bulged/herniated discs, and prenatal and postpartum women.

This month, our Young Yogis are welcoming summer with sunshiny smiles and mindful movement! Join Andrea for a 45-minute beginner yoga class created for children ages 8~13. Our class is focused on yoga and mindfulness to improve both physical and mental health. Yoga improves balance, strength, endurance, and mindfulness. Children 5-7 years old are welcome to join when accompanied by an adult.

Wisdom in Motion with Joe

Buddha’s Teachings

Wisdom in Motion is a class that will take you on a transformative inner journey through the ancient teachings of Yoga. In June, practices will shine a light on Buddha’s Teachings, which run parallel to Yogic principles. Learn about the Four Noble Truths and the Eightfold Path as a roadmap to navigating life, and much more this month. Join us this month and illuminate the path of inner peace and self-discovery.

Summer Solstice Yin Yoga Pop-up with Kenzie

Friday, June 20, 5-6:15pm

Celebrate the Summer Solstice, the triumph of light over dark, and the day the sun takes the longest path. This unique class combines a relaxing Yin practice with Pranayama to stimulate your inner fire, or Agni. Experience supported poses with long holds that help to relieve tension deep within the muscles, fascia, and joints, while learning breathwork to build heat and cool down. This practice offers the traditional long holds of Yin to stimulate the solar plexus, and between each posture there you will have the option to flow through a Sun Salutation, connecting breath with gentle movement. Join Kenzie to honor the Solstice with a slow, grounding practice, and prepare your body for the summer season ahead.

The Primordial Sound

Group meditation is a powerful practice to support individuals in experiencing and enhancing deep presence. This month, join Joe as he guides you through a meditation on the Self beyond the self-using the Om mantra. Om is considered the primordial sound in the Yogic tradition and is chanted to invoke a state of pure awareness. The way for sitting in meditation will be prepared through gentle asana and breathwork, which supports moving attention from an external experience to deep inward silence.

Thai Massage with Jonathan

Thai Massage is an ancient healing modality with movements that resemble passive yoga. It consists of muscular compressions, stretching and joint mobilization. It is performed on a futon mat while wearing comfortable clothing. It can reduce stress, improve circulation, flexibility, & range of motion, center your mind & body, and release blocked or stagnant energy as well as stiff muscles. It is relaxing and therapeutic.

90 minutes $108

Thai Herbal Poultice Massage is a one-hour, deep heat medicinal muscle treatment where warm herbal compresses filled with organic herbs are steamed and applied directly to the body with a variety of massage techniques. The body absorbs the heat combined with the organic herbs to help reduce aches and pains, stimulate circulation, increase lymphatic drainage, and detoxify and condition the skin. This treatment can also alleviate sore muscles, back and joint pain, as well as reduce stress and increase energy. After the session, you’ll take your two, larger herbal poultices home with instructions on how to continue to use them at home for several more weeks. If you like a hot stone massage, you will love a Thai Herbal Poultice Massage!

Combine the gentle relief of nerve flossing with the deep rest of restorative yoga.  Nerve flossing —also known as neural gliding— uses gentle, guided movements to mobilize the nerves and relieve pain and tension throughout the body.  The class begins with nerve flossing techniques designed to calm the nervous system and release built-up stress, then transitions into a supported restorative yoga practice to promote deeper relaxation.  Join Kenzie to explore soothing practices that target areas of tension in the shoulders, neck, hips, and back. Mark Biehl presents a dynamic and compelling sound journey to release, inspire, and deeply restore body, mind, and spirit. Featuring Chiron planetary gong, Shamanic drumming, and Himalayan Jambati singing bowls, Spirit Sound Vision will guide you through an essential cleansing, visionary, and restorative experience.


Spirit Sound Vision begins with an immersive sound bath featuring Chiron, a 32” planetary gong, to break up and release negative energy and blockages. Named after the father of medical art in Greek mythology, Chiron symbolizes the transformative power of self-healing in us all. The experience then seamlessly flows into sacred sound with native drumming. Drawing upon earth energy and spiritual guidance, we are led through a powerful Shamanic drum journey to discover greater understanding and wisdom in our personal lives. The session concludes in a lengthy sound meditation with the largest of Mark’s singing bowls. Using only large Himalayan Jambati bowls, the intense low frequency vibrations promote deep grounding and restoration.
