Spring Relief Yin Yoga with Kenzie
Time to Restore
Friday, May 2, 5:30-6:45pm
After tending to the earth, take time to tend to yourself. This calming Yin practice is designed to release tension and soothe sore muscles from gardening and yard work. Experience supported poses with long holds that help relieve tension deep within the muscles, fascia, and joints. Join Kenzie to unwind and restore your body — relieving aches in the back, shoulders, knees, and hips — caring for your body with the same intention and presence you bring to caring for your land.

Usui Holy Fire ® Reiki I and II with Debora Ribas

Learn the Japanese Healing Art of REIKI. REI is the Japanese word for Higher Consciousness/God and KI is the Japanese word for life force. The flow of life within our bodies can become distorted, stagnant, or blocked due to lifestyle, destructive beliefs, or unprocessed life experiences. The application of Reiki can release those symptoms by bringing the flow of life force back to harmony through channeling higher consciousness, intelligent energy flow into ourselves or others.
The Reiki training for Usui Holy Fire ® Reiki I {self-healing} and II {expand healing} consists of 13 hours of content, discussion, and practice as well as the Reiki placements/attunements.

Soft Tissue, Myofascial Release

Join Tim for an impactful experience in releasing the fascia and creating length to the muscle tissue beneath! This class uses soft tissue rolling balls, foam rollers and additional support, such as blocks, blankets and the Yoga Wall!

Wisdom in Motion with Joe
The Yoga Sutras

Wisdom in Motion is a class that will take you on a transformative inner journey through the ancient teachings of Yoga. In May, practices will return their focus on diving more deeply into key principles of Patanjali's Yoga Sutras, including the Eight Limb Path, Yoga’s ethical practices, and the roadmap to the five layers of awareness. Join Joe in May and illuminate the path of inner peace and self-discovery.

Exploring Balance & Strength

This month, our Young Yogis will explore strength and balance! Join Andrea for a 45-minute beginner yoga class created for children ages 8~13. Our class is focused on yoga and mindfulness to improve both physical and mental health. Yoga improves balance, strength, endurance, and mindfulness. Children 5-7 years old are welcome to join when accompanied by an adult.

Empathy Cafe

Join us for Empathy Cafe, a 90-minute experiential Pop-Up Class based on Marshall Rosenberg's teachings in Nonviolent Communication (NVC). In this supportive space, you'll learn and practice the art of compassionate listening and authentic self-expression. Through guided exercises and real-world scenarios, participants will explore the four components of NVC: observations, feelings, needs, and requests. Whether you're new to NVC or looking to deepen your practice, this Pop-Up Class offers practical tools to transform challenging conversations into opportunities for connection and understanding. Restore Your Nervous System with Kenzie

Combine the gentle relief of nerve flossing with the deep rest of restorative yoga. Nerve flossing —also known as neural gliding— uses gentle, guided movements to mobilize the nerves and relieve pain and tension throughout the body. The class begins with nerve flossing techniques designed to calm the nervous system and release built-up stress, then transitions into a supported restorative yoga practice to promote deeper relaxation. Join Kenzie to explore soothing practices that target areas of tension in the shoulders, neck, hips, and back. This class is gentle, accessible, and safe for all bodies.

Join us for Crafternoon (an afternoon of crafting) where we'll be creating dried flower wreaths! This hands-on session will guide you through creating a beautiful springtime wreath with dried flowers to display in your home. All materials will be provided and feel free to bring any craft materials you already have at home, too. Enjoy a cozy atmosphere with a selection of teas and snacks to keep you refreshed and inspired. Embrace Transitions: Spring to Summer

Prepare your body, mind, and heart for the growing warmth and activity of the summer season with Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra. Join Teresa this month as she guides you through postures that are supported and deeply relaxing followed by a guided inquiry that takes your awareness to individual parts of the body and then unifies them into a felt whole experience. Yoga Nidra is known as “yogic sleep” and offers benefits of deep rest.

How you breathe is how you live! Join Jackie as she guides you through various breathwork exercises to help open up your breathing capacity, eventually falling into an activated Conscious Connected Breathing pattern. This breathing pattern helps unwind deep tensions, patterns, and habits held in the body for years, allowing you to release what is no longer needed and live a more meaningful, fulfilling life. Students will also learn breathing exercises they can practice daily to achieve better health, produce profound relaxation, and increase mental focus. The session closes with an intentionally guided sound healing practice to better integrate your journey, offered by Timothy. No prior experience needed to attend; all are welcome.

Introduction to Hatha Yoga with Christy

Are you new to yoga? Returning to yoga after time away? Ready to revisit or fine-tune the basics in your yoga practice? Then this series is for you!
Join Christy to focus on the foundation of yoga practice including awareness, breath and alignment. The series aims to teach you basic tools for a good foundation that will carry you into the next stage of your yoga practice.
Each class will set aside time for in-depth instruction and questions and answers in addition to practicing yoga postures. We will cover how to access and activate muscles to support you in yoga postures so that they feel stable. We will also cover how to practice postures in a way that will challenge you while allowing for ease.
