The Yoga of Inquiry with Bryan Wagner

The Freedom to Love What Is

Saturday & Sunday, August 8th-9th, 9am-12.30pm

Yoga is a path toward freedom, awakening us from the habits of mind that keep us feeling separate and at war with life. The Yoga of Inquiry offers another doorway to that same freedom through The Work of Byron Katie, a practice of self-inquiry that questions the stressful thoughts keeping us stuck.

Our suffering often comes from the stories we tell ourselves about our circumstances. This workshop invites you to meet your mind with curiosity, the same way yoga teaches you to meet your body with awareness. As you question your thoughts, conflict softens into understanding, anxiety into peace, and resistance into acceptance. Beneath the stories of fear and self-judgment lies a natural peace that remains, waiting to be uncovered through honest inquiry into what you believe.

This workshop offers practical tools for everyday life, useful whether you're navigating a difficult relationship, recurring worry, self-criticism, or simply seeking more peace. All are welcome, no prior experience required, just an open mind and a curious heart.
