What Three Days Away Can Do

Come to The Well

A few years ago, a dear friend invited me to offer one‑on‑one massage sessions at a retreat she was hosting. I had just stepped into the “empty‑nest” chapter, what I now call my freedom phase. It was a season that felt spacious enough for me to finally pour back into myself. I didn’t fully know what I was saying yes to, but something in me answered anyway.

That first retreat shifted something deep. It felt like a catalyst, a quiet turning of the soil. So I went to another retreat, and then another, weaving in coaching programs along the way. Each experience felt like a farmer planting seeds in me.

Then came the rest and the digestion. The integration.

I carry immense gratitude for every teacher and mentor who walked beside me. I feel more connected, more peaceful, more alive than I ever have. The learning continues, but I can feel the shift. There is the readiness to give in a new way.

The seeds have begun to sprout.

In this fast-paced world we find ourselves in, it is easy to feel disconnected, overwhelmed, and mentally exhausted. Taking a meditation, breathwork, or yoga class with consistency can create better daily habits and more peace in time. What I have experienced going away to a retreat, is it can accelerate the transformation process. A retreat can give you the opportunity to step away from our daily routines, habits and patterns for a few days. This space can open us up to better receive, reflect, restore, and recalibrate before returning back to our regularly scheduled programs, hopefully in a heightened state of being.

In the past year, behind the scenes, I have been creating a retreat experience. It is with excitement that I share with you: The Well.

The intention for The Well retreat is that you feel held enough to expand, safe enough to drop your armor, and brave enough to uncover who you are becoming. This is a transformational retreat for women who are ready to evolve into the next version of who they are becoming, beyond expectation and performance. Beyond any conditioning that has shaped you.

The seeds are already within you. They are quiet and alive. They are ready. All they need is a gentle place to be nurtured.

Will you step into that space with us?
